Amos and Andy fans, however, will be interested in the latest word from their enterprise, which is that they have signed a new five-year contract to continue making the world safe for a certain tooth paste. Their annual salary, said to have been $75,000 each in the past, will have a substantial bonus added to it during the coming five years, making them the highest priced radio artists in the world.
