Renewal of leases on the quarters of Radio Station WBT, in the Wilder building, and the acquisition of some additional office space was announced last night by Earl J. Gluck, manager.
Mr. Gluck said the additional offices will be available about three weeks hence and will be used by the station's sales department. This department concerns itself with contracts for broadcasting time. No other expansion of the station's activities is planned at this time. The present arrangement of studios and other offices is adequate for the needs of the station, he said.
The leasing of these quarters was handled by M. B. Rose, manager for the Wilder Building company.
